Stephen Winn’s career spans two institutions where the stakes were never abstract — the U.S. Department of the Treasury, where he advised senior Administration officials on international economic policy, represented the United States in forums including the UN and G-20, and served on the ground in Baghdad to help the Government of Iraq build its capital budget infrastructure; and Mid-Atlantic Permanente Medical Group, where he spent fifteen years building and leading the quality, risk adjustment, and government programs infrastructure of one of the nation’s largest and most consistently high-performing integrated physician organizations. That fifteen-year record — across Medicare Advantage Stars performance, HEDIS quality improvement, risk adjustment, and CMS regulatory compliance — is the foundation Vincere is built upon.

Andrea Kraynak has spent her career building healthcare education and professional development programs that fill real market gaps, managing multi-million dollar healthcare product lines at HCPro, launching the professional association NAHRI, and spending five years as Senior Conference Director at RISE, developing the conference programming that serves the Medicare Advantage, Stars, HEDIS, patient experience, and quality improvement professionals that Vincere Academy is built for. She brings that same market instinct, product discipline, and builder’s mentality to leading Vincere Academy’s programs, conferences, and educational strategy.
